IMPACT Network Session with Lambeth Council

One-off, half-day, in-person workshop (October 2025).

In October 2025 we partnered with Lambeth Council to design and deliver a half-day, in-person impact workshop for their Community Partnerships Network. The aim was to create an engaging, reflective space for Network members to explore and evidence the impact of their collective work, and to identify key learning and future priorities.

We facilitated an interactive, face-to-face session bringing together members from across the Community Partnerships Network in Lambeth. The workshop was designed to surface honest reflection, shared insight, and tangible evidence of change.

Using Ripple Effect Mapping, we guided participants through structured activities and small-group conversations to:

  • Map the intended and unintended outcomes of the Network’s work
  • Capture stories of change and collaboration
  • Identify what has worked well and where there are gaps
  • Reflect on learning and future direction

Feedback and ideas were recorded during the session, so there was a clear record of what people shared that could be used afterwards.

The workshop didn’t just look at how well the Network is working. It also helped people build stronger connections, recognise what they have achieved together, and better understand each other’s experiences. By guiding conversations and using simple visual maps and stories, we helped Lambeth Council clearly show the difference the Network has made — in a way that felt real, inclusive and practical.
